AGE RESTRICTION – 19+

All products sold by Atlas Vape are intended for adults 19 years of age or older.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 19 years old.

We reserve the right to request government-issued photo ID and cancel any order that fails age verification.

ALL SALES FINAL ON OPENED PRODUCTS

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items are FINAL SALE once opened:

  • E-liquids

  • Disposable vapes

  • Pods & cartridges

  • Coils

  • Tanks

  • Opened devices

  • Clearance items

Opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS (ONLINE ORDERS)

We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused and sealed

  • Original packaging is intact

  • Order number is provided

Returns must be approved before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Atlas Vape.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your device arrives defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos

    • Description of issue

Defective items must show no signs of misuse or physical damage.

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of identical item

  • Store credit

Refunds are issued at management discretion.

DISPOSABLE DEVICE POLICY

Disposable devices are final sale.

If a disposable is defective:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours

  • Must contain remaining e-liquid

  • Must not show excessive use

Approval is at management discretion.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of:

    • Product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping box

Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility.

REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

If a refund is approved:

  • Issued to original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund where appropriate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow return eligibility rules.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Returned due to incorrect address

  • Undeliverable due to age verification

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund issued.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return Policy.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Atlas Vape to resolve an issue first may result in:

  • Account restrictions

  • Refusal of future service

We document delivery confirmation and age verification for dispute protection.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Atlas Vape operates in compliance with:

  • Ontario Consumer Protection Act

  • Federal Tobacco and Vaping Products Act

Health regulations restrict returns of opened vaping products.
